The gardens are stunning, filled with vibrant flowers, and provided a serene space to unwind after a day of exploring Ollantaytambo.
The Wi-Fi coverage in the rooms was quite patchy, making it inconvenient to stay connected.

The gardens are stunning, filled with vibrant flowers.
During my stay, I encountered several problems that dampered my experience. First, there was no hot water on some occasions, which made for uncomfortable showers after long days. Additionally, I was awakened in the early morning by noise from other guests, which was quite frustrating as the walls seemed to lack sound insulation. The staff mistakenly charged me in soles instead of dollars, leading to confusion and an unexpected overcharge.

The garden views were lovely, yet the train station noise ruined any chance of relaxation. I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade, considering I suffered through that dreadful shower curtain. Such lack of customer attention! Almost gave a good review but just couldn’t bring myself to. Dissapointing, indeed.

Wicked spacious room and the gardens? Just beautiful! We spotted some hummingbirds flitting around—so cool! It’s super close to the train station, which is a lifesaver when you’re lugging bags. Staff was friendly. they even held our bags while we explored. Honestly, the food was really good, too. Perfect stay!

missingWrote a review on Jun 30beautiful gardensclean atmospherenarrow sidewalkspoor lightinghard bed
The hotel boasts beautiful gardens and is clean, making for a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast options included gluten-free products, which was a nice touch, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with good duvets. However, the sidewalks around the hotel can be quite narrow and poorly lit in the evenings, and the bed in my room felt too hard for my comfort. Overall, this was a pleasant stay with accommodating staff.

The hotel features breathtaking mountain views and immaculately landscaped gardens, perfect for relaxation. While the breakfast had variety, the internet connection proved slow and occasionally dropped. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the train station, making travel to Machu Picchu very convenient.

I stayed for three nights and enjoyed the proximity to the railway station for my journey to Machu Picchu. The gardens provided a peaceful spot to relax, and the friendly staff ensured my needs were met throughout my visit. I appreciated the opportunity to store my luggage while I explored the area, which made my travel experience smoother.
Coffee availability should be improved. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent at times.
