This hotel is conveniently located down the hill from the train station if heading to Machu Picchu. It's also just a short walk to the square with all the restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, with little chocolates as a fun touch. The breakfast has a good variety, including fresh juices and strong coffee. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and there are fireplaces for a cozy ambiance.
The bathrooms are more rustic than the pictures show, with small showers that can be challenging to use.

We unexpectedly had to stay in Ollantaytambo for two nights and couldn't have been happier at this gorgeous hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us during the strike and the uncertainty of our travel plans. The rooms were comfortable, but the highlight was the stunning gardens and mountain views. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the train station and the main square. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the dinner was amazing. We will definitely return to this hotel when we come back to Peru!

The hotel grounds were stunning, with beautiful landscaping and a peaceful garden atmosphere. It was a joy to see the alpacas roaming around. Additionally, the rooms were clean, well-decorated, and offered small balconies with great views of the mountains or gardens. The location was also a major advantage, being just a short walk uphill to the town center and downhill to the train station. It was very convenient for exploring the area and catching the train.
There were a few shortcomings during our stay. The bed in our room was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
